How it works

Great entertainment that keeps the room mingling

Players rotate through the table in short rounds, so nobody is parked in one seat all night. Guests jump in, chase the leaderboard, and get right back to the party — the tournament is the entertainment, not the whole event.

Setup one

Classic Tournament

  1. Seven players approach the table at a time and receive ten $100 chips (play/fake money).
  2. We deal 5 blackjack hands each round.
  3. After 5 hands are dealt, we tally up each player's chips and update the electronic leaderboard.
  4. A new set of seven players approach the table, and we repeat the process.
  5. After approximately an hour of play, the top seven players on the leaderboard return for the final round. We announce 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners (you can provide prizes). Then we start a second tournament immediately after the first tournament winners are announced, allowing for another round of winners.
Setup two

Mini Speed Round Tournament

  • Guests participate in quick, five-hand blackjack tournaments throughout the event.
  • After each round, the table winner receives a raffle ticket and can enter it into the prize option(s) of their choice.
  • At the end of the event, raffle winners are drawn.
  • Or you may choose to provide instant grab-bag prizes to each table winner rather than raffle style (also a popular choice).
  • We can also keep an overall leaderboard recognizing top performers throughout the event.

Key facts

  • Free to play, with prizes for the top three finishers.
  • No license or permit needed, so long as players don't pay to play.
  • We bring everything: tables, dealers, cards, chips, leaderboard, music and mic.
  • Nobody wagers anything, so nobody loses money.
  • One table accommodates about 30 players per hour.
