Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Echo Casino Party online platform — the client portal, the staff portal, and the event kiosk and display screens. The platform is operated by Echo Events LLC, 8026 Forestview Ln N, Maple Grove, MN 55369. By using any part of it you agree to these terms.

These terms are about the software, not your booking. If you have signed an event agreement with us, that agreement governs your event — pricing, payment schedule, cancellation, and everything else about the work itself. Where these terms and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement controls.

Client and staff accounts are created by us and are personal to you. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Event guests do not have accounts. Playing at a kiosk uses a phone number and a display name only.

The client portal lets you review your order and events, complete the event questionnaire, sign your agreement, and pay. Information shown there is for your convenience; your signed agreement and our invoices are the authoritative record of what is owed.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, cancellation charges, and late fees are governed by your signed event agreement.

What you are buying is the rental of our entertainment services — equipment, tables, and staff for the period agreed.

The staff portal lets you see and claim shifts, confirm the ones you hold, keep your details current, set up payouts, and track what you are owed.

The portal does not itself set the terms of your work. Every event is governed by its own agreement, which you sign before that event. That agreement — not this page and not the portal — determines your pay, your obligations, and what happens if an event changes or is cancelled.

Claiming a shift is a commitment to work it. If you cannot make it, tell us as early as you can so we can cover the spot; the portal and our text messages both let you do that in one step.

Our tournaments are casino-style games played purely for entertainment. Guests never pay to play, no money is exchanged, and chips have no cash value. Our clients pay us to rent entertainment services for their event; guests wager nothing and risk nothing. Because no consideration passes from the player, tournament play is not gambling.

Prizes.Prizes are entirely at the client’s discretion and are not a requirement of play. Where prizes are offered they are provided by the client, either sourced by the client directly or through a prize package purchased from us. Guests may receive prizes without ever having paid to play.

Please submit your own scores honestly. We may correct or remove scores that appear inaccurate, and we may remove a player from a tournament for disruptive behaviour.

Your display name is shown on leaderboard and waitlist screens at the venue, so choose one you are comfortable having on show. Your phone number is never displayed.

You agree not to:

• Access accounts, data, or areas of the platform that are not yours.
• Submit someone else’s phone number, or impersonate another person.
• Interfere with the platform’s operation, or attempt to break its security.
• Scrape, copy, or resell data from the platform.
• Use the platform unlawfully, or to harass anyone.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

We send operational email about your booking or your shifts. Staff may additionally opt in to text messages. Details of what we send, and how to stop it, are in our Privacy Policy.

The platform, its design, and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may use it for its intended purpose; you may not copy or reuse it otherwise. Content you provide — your questionnaire answers, your profile, your event details — stays yours, and you give us permission to use it to run your event and operate the platform.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Event screens and kiosks depend on venue internet and hardware we do not control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echo Events LLC accepts no liability whatsoever arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, and including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.

We strongly encourage clients to carry their own event insurance. Your event insurance, not this platform, is the right protection against loss, injury, or damage connected with an event.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so a limitation above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Minnesota have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform.
